We are seeking a motivated Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our commercial real estate team, working across our two offices in Bayswater and Cheltenham.
Key responsibilities
Generate new commercial property sales and leasing opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and existing relationships.
Conduct property appraisals and inspections, and liaise with landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers.
Negotiate sales and leasing agreements to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships while identifying current business opportunities.
Maintain accurate property records, client information and transaction documentation, demonstrating solid attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of the agency.
About you
Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, professional and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn, take initiative and grow within the business.
Experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing is preferred.
Wage
The wage is a mix of a retainer and mostly commission plus car and phone. This can be discussed and negotiated for the right candidate.
