About The Role:
Answering and directing phone calls, ensuring skilled and efficient communication with customers
Managing customer requests, scheduling appointments, and providing general ad hoc support
Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and tasks related to parts and stock management
Greeting customers in person, providing assistance, and maintaining a welcoming setting
Assisting with email correspondence and coordinating between departments

About You:
Previous receptionist experience highly regarded
Robust customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
