Chance for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a major wind farm construction project in Queensland. This is an initial 6-month contract with a solid likelihood of extension.

The role will suit a hands-on Safety Advisor with previous wind farm construction experience who can work closely with site teams and subcontractors to maintain safety standards across the project.

The Role
Provide day-to-day WHS support across wind farm construction activities.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits and workplace observations.
Monitor compliance with project safety requirements and WHS legislation.
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks and support safety communications across site.
Review risk assessments, SWMS and secure work practices.




Work closely with site management and subcontractors to identify and manage safety risks.

About You
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or higher.
Previous wind farm construction experience is essential.
Experience in a site-based Safety Advisor role.
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk assessments and safe work practices.
Confident engaging with site teams and subcontractors.
Available to work a FIFO roster from Brisbane.

$74 per hour + super.
19 days on / 9 days off roster, including travel on the first and last days.
