We are seeking an experienced IBB Integration Specialist to support integration development, configuration and ongoing operational support within the Defence Integration Backbone (IBB) setting. This role will contribute to ERP project delivery, ensuring seamless system integration and supporting release activities across a complex enterprise technology landscape.

NV1 Security Clearance Is Required For This Role The role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure and maintain integrations within the Defence Integration Backbone (IBB) workplace.
Support ERP project delivery involving SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise systems.
Assist with system integration activities, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Provide operational support to ensure the reliability and performance of integration services.
Support release management activities, deployments and associated technical processes.




Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders and other delivery teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes, standards and practices.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Strong background in systems integration with experience in developing, configuring & supporting integration streams.
An understanding of ERP/ SAP integration concepts, interfaces and data flows.
Experience troubleshooting integration issues and providing technical support.
Exposure to system testing, release activities and production support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
The ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-system technology environment.
Experience working in federal government or other complex enterprise settings.
