Red Funnel Fisheries is a leading supplier of fresh seafood, known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent customer service. We're currently seeking a part-time Seafood Processor to join our friendly and hardworking team on the Afternoon Shift working Wednesday to Friday. This role has the potential to grow to a full time position in the future.

About the Role

As part of our processing team, you'll be hands-on in preparing high-quality seafood for dispatch. This role is physical and requires attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Scaling, gutting and filleting fresh fish
Packaging products accurately for customer orders
Handling customer & internal phone enquiries and taking small orders
Assisting with stock control and unloading deliveries
Maintaining a clean and organized work area




Working in chilled and freezer settings

What We’re Looking For
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work Afternoon Shift (3pm - 11pm) plus regular overtime
Own Reliable transport

Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience in seafood or food processing
Knife/filleting skills
MR licence would be an advantage but not required
