Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Sales

Consultant will welcome customers into the showroom, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored product advice to help them choose furniture that suits their lifestyle, budget, and design preferences. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, preparing quotations, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom,



ensuring that displays reflect current promotions and product ranges.

The Sales

Consultant will follow up with customers as needed, support after-sales service, and work closely with the showroom team to meet individual and store sales targets while upholding the company’s customer service standards.

Qualifications
Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication and confident interpersonal interaction in a showroom environment.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or homewares, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC, including weekends and public holidays as required in a retail setting.
Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills for preparing quotes, and basic proficiency with point-of-sale and customer management systems.
Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused presentation.
