Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in North Sydney, Current South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the retail store operation to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor sales performance against targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.




Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising techniques.
Train staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, sales techniques etc.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the store.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

-A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.

-A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be an added advantage.
