Based in a prestigious Melbourne CBD boutique, you ll become part of a premium retail environment where product knowledge, personalised service and long-term client relationships are at the heart of the customer experience.

This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced luxury retail professional who genuinely loves sales and wants to build specialist knowledge within the world of luxury timepieces.

Your New Role

As a Sales Associate, you ll deliver an exceptional boutique experience while building robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

You ll take ownership of your individual sales performance, working towards monthly and quarterly targets while identifying opportunities to build repeat business and long-term VIP relationships.

You ll develop an in-depth understanding of the brand s collections, craftsmanship and technical product features through formal training and ongoing learning.

You ll also support CRM and clienteling, boutique events and activations, merchandising,



stock presentation and day-to-day boutique operations while working closely with the Boutique Manager and wider team.

This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, with availability across Monday to Sunday essential.

Experience Checklist

We re looking for someone polished, engaging and genuinely passionate about luxury sales.
Minimum 2 years retail sales experience
Previous experience within luxury retail and working with high-end clientele is essential
A genuine passion for sales and achieving individual and team targets
Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
Confidence developing repeat and VIP business
Immaculate personal presentation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Genuine interest in watches or the ability and willingness to learn a highly technical product
Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium merchandising standards
Previous experience within luxury timepieces is highly desirable
