Ray White Paddington is looking for a motivated and organised Office Cadet to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the real estate industry, develop new skills and learn how a busy real estate office operates.

Working alongside our sales, property management and administration teams, you’ll provide general office support, assist with day-to-day tasks and build a strong foundation for a future career in real estate.

Key responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the sales, property management and office operations teams
Maintain accurate records and update property and contact databases
Assist with open homes, property viewings and inspections
Prepare documents, correspondence and marketing materials
Assist the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries professionally
Support the coordination of daily office operations and help maintain an organised workplace




Follow established procedures and develop a sound understanding of office systems and processes

About you
Organised, reliable and eager to learn
Friendly and confident communicating with people
Have a positive attitude and willingness to help
Positive attention to detail and basic computer skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Interested in building a career in real estate

Previous real estate experience is not essential, but is preferable. We’re looking for the right attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
