Key Responsibilities
Preparing and assembling moulds for production
Pouring and finishing concrete products
Stripping and demoulding precast products
Cleaning and maintaining moulds and work areas
General factory and production labouring duties
Manual handling and repetitive physical tasks
Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in precast concrete, manufacturing, production, construction or a similar labour-intensive environment (preferred)
Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Experience operating a forklift within a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)




Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labour tasks
Robust commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Reliable, punctual and able to maintain excellent attendance
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
