About The Role

Our People & Culture Coordinator role is a hands-on generalist role, with a strong focus on recruitment, systems and process - perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is confident with systems.

You’ll play a key role in the whole employee lifecycle, including advising employees/managers on policies procedures and processes, owning the recruitment function, be the HRIS champion, manage the P&C; inbox as well as support the broader P&C; team across performance management, remuneration and reporting.

About You
You’ll be qualified in HR or a related field
Previous experience as a P&C; Coordinator or Administrator
Confident working in a rapid-paced, hands-on setting
Experience across the employee lifecycle with a particular strength in data accuracy and recruitment
You’re happy to pitch in wherever needed and enjoy being part of a small team
