Currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst with Planning & Performance skills to provides planning, reporting and analytical support. $800 including super. Must have Financial Services experience.
The role is responsible for supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation, capacity management, benefits realisation and investment performance across a portfolio of strategic, tactical and marketing initiatives.
Working within the Growth Office, the role supports planning processes, performance reporting, investment governance and portfolio optimisation activities, enabling informed decision making and improved portfolio outcomes across the portfolio.
This is a contract to the end of June 2027.
- Support annual and quarterly portfolio planning processes.
Facilitate prioritisation workshops and portfolio planning activities.
Maintain portfolio demand, pipeline and prioritisation artefacts.
Support evaluation and prioritisation of current investment opportunities.




Assist in development of portfolio scenarios and investment options
Analyse portfolio performance, trends and delivery outcomes.
Track and report growth performance indicators and OKRs.
Produce executive insights and portfolio performance recommendations.
Provide data-driven analysis to support portfolio investment decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio outcomes and return on investment

Experience required
3–5 years' experience in portfolio management, business performance, strategy, finance, consulting or PMO functions
Experience supporting planning, prioritisation, investment governance or perks realisation activities.
Experience with advantages management, business case development or portfolio planning frameworks.
