We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist participants in implementing and managing their NDIS plans.
Connect participants with suitable services and supports.
Build solid relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
Monitor plan budgets, coordinate services and maintain accurate documentation.
Promote participant choice, control and independence.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (2 years minumum).
Robust understanding of the NDIS framework.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
