We're seeking a solid Finishes Foreman on a contract agreement to help a team close out a detailed and mid-rise multi-unit residential apartment build in the Hornsby area.
PROJECT AVAILABLE:
Mixed-use multi-unit residential units
Tier 2 Builder
Immediate start
5-day work week (Site closed on Saturdays!)
6+ month prospect carrying you into April 2027
Potential to move to another project close upon completion
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and on budget
The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment,
schedules and safety of employees and the general public
The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
Assisting in the development of the project instructions
Maintaining communication with superiors and subcontractors
KEYREQUIREMENTS
A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction
Keen eye for high-quality workmanship and ability hold subcontractors accountable
Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
Previous history working on luxury residential recent build projects (units or luxury homes)
Tier 1 or 2 commercial or defence experience
Relevant OH&S; and IR knowledge
Solid organisation and communication skills
Proven experience as a Foreman - Contactable references
