Your new role

As a Filing Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents are correctly filed and archived. You will support the broader team with administrative tasks while working in a fast-paced office workplace.Key duties include:
Filing and scanning documents
Records management and data entry
Retrieving and archiving files
Maintaining accurate administrative records
Providing general office support as required

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous administration or filing experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy




Excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
