07th October, 2026 Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is an Italian restaurant offering a range of food and beverage services in a professional hospitality setting. The business is currently seeking an experienced Cook to support the preparation and consistent delivery of menu items.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu requirements.
Preparing ingredients and completing daily food preparation activities.
Monitoring food quality, portioning and presentation standards.
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Assisting with stock rotation, food storage and maintaining appropriate ingredient levels.
Maintaining clean and organised food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.
Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support productive service.




Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Experience working in a skilled kitchen environment.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Employment Details

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: AUD $78,000 - $88,000 per annum
