The Enabling Services team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Level 2 (EL2) Director to join our team. The position is responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver high-quality enabling services that support the work of the PWSS. The role operates in a energetic and fast paced setting, requiring highly developed leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Director is responsible for leading and motivating staff, fostering a high-performing and cooperative team culture, and building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Working under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director works closely with the PWSS Executive to provide strategic advice, support organisational decision-making,



and ensure enabling services align with the agency's objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs.
