Grill – a premium, hatted steakhouse located in the heart of The Rocks.

As part of the Hunter Street Hospitality group (home to icons like Rockpool Bar &
Grill, Spice Temple, and Saké), The Cut is known for its mouth-watering prime rib, exceptional service, and lively, professional team.

What We’re Looking For
Confidence in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
Minimum 20 hours availability (including Friday &
Saturday nights)
Valid RSA
