Kitchen Hand – Kooco Espresso Nerang

Kooco Espresso Nerang is a community café serving fresh food and quality coffee. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a kitchen, has a positive attitude, and can work efficiently in a busy team workplace.

Experience
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred .
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting and portioning ingredients.
Assist chefs with daily kitchen tasks as required.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Clean and maintain kitchen work areas and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.




Store ingredients and food items correctly.
Help maintain a clean, organised and effective kitchen.

Working Hours
20–30 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, mainly lunch shifts.
Weekends and public holidays off.

Work Eligibility
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights.
