Chef Food can be the difference between an average and a great day for our residents. We are currently looking for a Chef to lead our catering team on a full-time permanent basis in Albury. If you love cooking food and want to work in a quick paced, supportive setting then we would love to hear from you.
Permanent 27 hours per week - Monday - Thursday + 4 hours every second Friday.
Located in Borella House, Albury NSW

Your Contribution
Food preparation for residents which meet their needs, preferences and dietary concerns
Develop and manage processes to ensure consistent food quality, safety and presentation
Stock control and ordering
Budgeting and food costing
Staff rostering and timesheets
Contribute to a high engagement culture of positive feedback and coaching

About you





You will have proven experience within a fast-paced commercial kitchen workplace, aged care or healthcare is an advantage and:
High standard of food preparation and productivity inc qualifications
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Experience in budget management and cost control
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
