A well established and reputable firm in Cairns, North Queensland is looking to appoint a new leader at Special Counsel or Partner level. With a lengthy track record of success in the region, this is a unique chance ideally suited to a Senior Family Lawyer who leads by example and enjoys both file work and team management and leadership. Key responsibilities
Manage Family Law files with a realistic daily billable target of 5 hours
Lead a Family Law team which includes a Solicitor and a Secretary
Provide mentoring and support to your team
Be actively involved in business development and marketing prospects
