About the role

This role provides essential administrative and coordination support across the Radiologist Support function group, helping ensure radiologists have the documentation, systems access, onboarding support and roster information they need to work effectively across clinics. Working closely with the Radiologist Support Manager and Workflow Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating new radiologist onboarding, maintaining accurate records, supporting rostering administration and following up outstanding requirements.

Key responsibilities
Maintain accurate radiologist records, databases, contact details and administrative information
Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and documentation
Track outstanding actions and follow up requirements to ensure tasks are completed
Coordinate administrative onboarding requirements
Assist with initial Medicare Provider Number administration and PRODA delegation
Coordinate the collection and verification of relevant credentialing
Coordinate initial IT and system access requests
Maintain approved rosters and leave and availability

About you
Previous experience in administration, coordination or a similar support role
Robust organisational skills and excellent attention to detail




Confidence maintaining spreadsheets, databases and electronic records
Clear written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage deadlines and follow up outstanding requirements
A proactive approach to identifying issues and escalating them when needed
Confidence learning new systems and working across multiple teams
Experience in healthcare administration, medical credentialing, workflow coordination and managing rostering will be highly regarded
