You'll be working across Breakfast and Dinner service in a 4-star hotel.

You'll need to be confident in running the a la carte breakfast section as well as Dinner and Banquets.

You will be responsible for preparing ingredients and completing daily prep, maintaining quality and consistency during service, keeping your section organised and clean, working closely with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team, and following food safety and kitchen procedures.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Planning and preparing high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant’s menu and service standards

Preparing and cooking food across relevant sections

Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation

Ensuring proper portion control, consistency, and timely service during busy periods

Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety requirements

Maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen workplace
