DPIRD seeks a strategic Chief Plant Protection Officer to lead NSW's plant biosecurity and product integrity programs. You will provide state and national leadership to prevent pests and diseases, protect market access, and ensure industry productivity and resilience.

You will hold statutory powers for emergencies, coordinate with directors across the agency, build partnerships with industry, and drive a science-based approach to preparedness, early detection and response.
