The Role

You ll join as an AI/ML Engineer, building and deploying AI systems that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship quickly, work closely with domain experts, and turn complex processes into production-ready AI workflows.

What You ll Do:
Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making
Turn complex operational processes into AI-driven workflows




Deploy ML solutions into production at scale
Work closely with domain experts, users, and founders
Help shape the engineering culture as the team grows

Requirements:
2+ years experience in AI/ML engineering or research
A track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
Solid product instincts and a bias for shipping
The ability to work well with non-technical users
Comfort operating in a rapid-paced, ambiguous startup setting
