Love helping people chase adventure? Australian Caravan Centre is hiring a full time Aftermarket Sales Consultant at our Burleigh dealership, and this is your chance to turn great customer service into serious income.

You’ll guide customers from “I want a caravan” to “it’s ready to roll.” Work hand in hand with our Manufacturing Department, bring every customer’s vision to life, and upsell the extras that make their van truly theirs. The pace is fast, the work is steady, and your commission is uncapped.

The Package
Base salary + uncapped commission
High performers earning $100K+
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Burleigh Heads location

What You’ll Be Doing
Placing new stock and customer orders through our Manufacturing Department
Processing new and used stock purchases
Guiding customers through approvals of their specs, floor plans and colours
Signing customers off for production
Upselling extras on existing orders (and earning for it)




Keeping customers excited with regular updates on their build
Checking in new vans as they roll in from the factory
Answering the phone with warmth, patience and professionalism
Helping prep for caravan exhibitions

What You Bring
Able to build rapport with customers
Caravan industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
Sharp written and verbal communication
Solid time management and the ability to juggle priorities
Confidence with Microsoft Office
The ability to work solo or as part of a team
The ability to take direction
A positive, can-do attitude
A qualified, friendly phone manner
