Major digital transformation program within the Queensland Government

Join a high-profile digital transformation initiative focused on modernising and improving service delivery across Queensland's justice system. Working within the Digital Services and Programs team, you will play a key role in shaping business requirements, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of contemporary digital solutions across courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, documentation, use case development and data modelling
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather and validate business and functional requirements
Analyse and document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support the development of user stories, business requirements and project delivery activities
Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and outcome reporting




Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities

Key Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering software development projects
Solid requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced BPMN process modelling experience and proficiency with tools such as MS Visio
Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional requirements
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments
Understanding of legal, court or tribunal business processes will be highly regarded
