Wesfarmers Health is seeking an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to shape customer and member engagement across Priceline Pharmacy, atomica and Pulse Rewards. Lead the CRM roadmap, loyalty communications and lifecycle programs across email, SMS and owned channels.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Loyalty & CRM, you will drive personalisation, governance and reporting while steering partnerships across Marketing, eCommerce, Data and Technology to deliver growth and improved customer experiences.
