This is a full time, on-site role, five days a week in Chatswood, with versatile start and finish times.

The role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and part of a close-knit Customer Service team. Day to day, you will:
Respond to customers by email, phone and social media direct messages, quickly and accurately
Prepare quotes for custom packaging projects, including for some of Australia's and the world's biggest brands
Look up orders and resolve enquiries using Gorgias and Shopify
Handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy




Work closely with the rest of the CS team so every customer gets a fast, consistent answer

About you
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
You believe the customer comes first, and you're friendly, caring and empathetic with everyone
Strong attention to detail: no spelling or grammar mistakes, and customer names are always spelled correctly
Comfortable with customer service ticketing systems and similar software (we use Gorgias, Shopify, Slack and Google Drive)
Able to reliably commute to Chatswood NSW 2067 five days a week
Authorised to work in Australia
