The Role: Disability Support Worker
Prompting and supervising personal care routines
Medication prompting and monitoring
Supporting meal preparation and domestic tasks
Community access and recreational activities
Supporting rehabilitation and exercise programs
Encouraging independence and daily living skills
Assisting with study, learning, and goal-based activities
Transporting the participant to appointments and community activities as required

What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support
Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
Previous disability, mental health, youth work, community services,



ABI or TBI support experience
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
Reliable vehicle and willingness to transport participants
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Vulnerable People Check (preferred)
Solid communication and rapport-building skills
Ability to maintain skilled boundaries and provide person-centered support
