About the role

ZKS Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Vac Truck Trainee Operator to join our growing team based in Sydney. No experience is required – full training is provided. You will receive a fully paid 12-week training program with one-on-one mentoring from experienced operators, hands-on training across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities, and the prospect to work on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

Key responsibilities
Operate vacuum truck equipment across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities projects
Work on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney
Maintain safety standards and follow protocols on site
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all work activities

About you
Reliable and punctual
Eager to learn
Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
Safety focused
Takes pride in their work




Has a positive attitude and works well within a team
Current Australian Driver's Licence (MR or HR Licence ais an advantage but not essential)
White Card (or willing to obtain)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
