Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on anestablished, neat and tidy rent roll of only 145 properties with no routines. Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do. you will also not do the routines.
The rolewill beresponsible for, but not restricted to:
Responsibilities
Liaising with Landlords
Repairs and Maintenance
Arrears Management
Attending and preparing for QCAT
About You
Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
Australian Driver's Licence
Robust Communication Skills
Neat and tidy personal presentation
