The Langham Hotel Melbourne is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to join our high-energy Kitchen team. You will work with a brigade of about 50 colleagues and contribute to the food and beverage department's success.

Ideal candidates will have formal culinary qualifications, 2+ years in a similar role, and proven ability to handle large-volume production in a luxury hotel setting. Rotating shifts over a 7-day schedule are expected.
