The Role
Supervising crews and subcontractor
Coordinating earthworks, drainage, concrete, retaining and service installations
Ensuring plans, scopes and QA documents are followed
Managing day-to-day site productivity, safety and quality
Liaising with clients, builders and internal teams
Tracking progress, forecasting needs and solving problems before they become issues
Making sure the work is done on time and on budget

The Criteria
An experienced civil Site Supervisor, or a Leading Hand ready to step up.




Solid knowledge of earthworks, civil services, drainage and concrete.
Confident reading drawings, managing crews and organising daily site activities.
Australian experience delivering industrial or commercial civil packages.
