About the role

This is a current role and a chance to own and grow a territory. You'll be based in our Dubbo office and responsible for both account management and new business, with the full Xerox range available to sell: hardware, software and production. Your territory covers Dubbo, Mudgee, Gulgong and surrounding towns.

Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across the region
Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and business planning
Spot upgrade, renewal and cross-sell prospects
Work closely with our technical and customer care teams so clients get a first-class experience
Find and win new clients across commercial, education and government sectors
Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals
Prepare proposals, demonstrate technology from our showroom, present solutions and close deals

About you
A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in office technology, IT, telecommunications or a related field
Experience in both account management and new business development
A hunter's mindset: confident with cold calling, door-knocking and building relationships from scratch
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills




Self-motivation and organisation, with the drive to manage your own territory
An understanding of production print or document software (highly regarded)
Local knowledge of the Dubbo and Mudgee region (highly regarded)
A current driver's licence
