We're looking for 3 experienced Customer Service/Call Centre Operators to join a busy contact centre team supporting the TrainLink Travel & Recreation business line based in Parramatta.

About the Role

As a Contact Centre Operator, you will assist customers with enquiries while delivering exceptional service in a rapid-paced workplace. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For
Customer service experience (call centre, administration, retail or similar)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous office-based experience
Solid computer skills, including:
Government experience is advantageous but not essential

Working Hours
Up to 35 hours per week
Rotating roster between 6am to 10pm
Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
Two-week rotating shifts (early, mid and late shifts)

Hybrid working arrangements may be available after successful completion of training and competency assessments, subject to business requirements.
