About the role /n

You’ll help keep our kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly. Your duties will include:

/n

Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.

/n

Operating the dishwasher and putting clean items away.

/n

Cleaning kitchen benches, floors and work areas.

/n

Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish.

/n

Assisting with basic food preparation and other kitchen duties as required.

/n

Following food safety and hygiene procedures.

About you /n

We’re looking for someone who:

Is punctual, dependable and ready to get involved.

/n

Can work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

/n

Has valuable attention to detail and a positive attitude.

/n

Works well in a team and follows instructions.

/n





Can comfortably manage a role that involves standing, lifting and repetitive tasks.

/n

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn and a robust work ethic are just as significant.

Availability /n

Shifts may include:

/n

Day shifts: approximately 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, including Docklands venues

/n

Functions: shifts at various function venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe

/n

Evening shifts: available at selected venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe

/n

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and functions is highly desirable.

/n

Successful candidates must be comfortable working across different venues and adapting to different kitchen environments and service requirements.
