We’re looking for energetic Food & Beverage Team Members as well as back of house to join the Sydney casual pool for the following positions:

Bartenders

/n

Cashiers

/n

Cellar/Bar back

/n

Warehouse and Logistics

Chefs and CDP’s

You’ll be part of the team delivering a fantastic guest experience at our theatre venue — serving drinks, assisting with food and merchandise sales, and helping keep the show running smoothly during pre-show, interval, and post-show service.

Example of what you’ll Be doing as a cashier:

Serve the crowd

/n

/n
Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally at the bar

/n
Provide friendly, engaging service to theatre guests

/n

/n

Run the tills

/n

/n
Operate POS systems for food, beverage and merchandise sales

/n
Process orders accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly

/n

/n

Create a great guest experience

/n

/n
Maintain clean, well-presented bars and service areas

/n
Help ensure fast, smooth service during busy periods

/n

/n





Support the team

/n

/n
Assist with stock replenishment and rotation

/n
Work closely with the F&B; team to keep service running smoothly

/n
Support bump-in and bump-out of equipment where required

/n

/n

Keep things compliant

/n

/n
Follow RSA requirements and food hygiene standards at all times

/n

/n

What We’re Looking For

/n

/n
Previous experience in bar, café, theatre, kitchen or live event settings preferred

/n
Friendly, energetic attitude and passion for great guest service

/n
Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume service periods

/n
Solid teamwork and communication skills

/n
Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)

/n
Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

/n
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

/n
