Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Ensuring the quality of all meals and food items from the preparation to the presentation stages.

/n
Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and provide guidance to others with preparing, cooking, freezing and preserving foods.

/n
Maintaining open lines of communication with Management, kitchen and wait staff for all food preparation,



dietary, and specific requests.

/n
Working with the kitchen team to ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to and maintained.

/n

Strong communication and time management skills

Proven experience in a fast-paced Kitchen workplace

Qualification and experience /n

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

/n
Certificate III commercial cookery or equivalent.

/n
Experience in leading a kitchen team.

/n
