We are seeking a skilled and proactive Functions Supervisor to support oversee the seamless delivery of a wide range of events.

The Role /n

As a Functions Supervisor, you will support the Functions Manager in being responsible for clients and the driving force behind the success of each event. This is a hands‑on leadership role where professionalism, initiative, and solid organisational skills are essential.

About the role: /n

Coordinate and manage all aspects of events

/n





Liaise with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining high service standards

/n

Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to deliver seamless events

/n

Manage event logistics, staff rostering, and post-event reporting

/n

Deliver memorable guest experiences that keep clients coming back

What we’re looking for: /n

2+ years experience in a similar role within hotels, venues, or high‑end hospitality

/n

Natural leadership and the ability to manage multiple events at once

/n

A solid background in function coordination and event operations

/n

Outstanding communication and organisational skills

/n

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

/n

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
