Applejack Hospitality is seeking experienced bartenders to join the teams at some of Sydney's most acclaimed venues, including The Botanist (Kirribilli), The Butler (Potts Point), and Bopp & Tone (Sydney CBD).

About the Role

/n As a bartender, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional beverage and guest experiences while maintaining the high standards our venues are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to a consistently high standard

Deliver knowledgeable, engaging and personalised guest experiences

Develop a robust understanding of our food and beverage offerings

Maintain exceptional presentation and organisation of the bar

Work efficiently and confidently during busy service periods

Uphold venue standards for service, cleanliness and professionalism
