/nThe Role /n

We are seeking an experienced First Aid Trainer to deliver accredited first aid training to a government client in the Jervis Bay region. This role focuses on qualified delivery, learner engagement, and the maintenance of high training standards.

/nKey Responsibilities /n

/n

/n
/n
Deliver HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, and HLTAID009 Provide CPR

/n
/n
Facilitate practical, engaging training sessions

/n
/n
Conduct assessments in line with training package requirements

/n
/n
Ensure compliance with RTO standards

/n
/n
Maintain a professional standard in a government training workplace

/n

/n

/n
/n
/nEssential Requirements /n

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

/n
/n
HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support

HLTAID009 Provide CPR

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent minimum requirement)

Experience delivering training within the VET sector

/n
/n
Excellent communication and presentation skills

/n
/n
Strong verbal communication and ability to engage learners

Professional, reliable, and well-presented

/nHighly Regarded /n

ADF veteran or experience working within government or Defence environments

Experience delivering training to structured or disciplined organisations
