Responsibilities:

Initiate conversations about hearing health with potential customers to generate current leads

Guide customers through the hearing screening process from start to finish

Support Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments

Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications:

Entry-level experience in retail, sales or healthcare industry

Excellent communication skills
