Green Space Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Golf Attendant to join our team at Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North.

/n

/n

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoys working in a team workplace. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, golf operations, food and beverage service and general facility maintenance.

/nKey Responsibilities /n

/n

/n
/n
Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.

/n
/n
Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.

/n
/n
Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.

/n
/n
Food and beverages operations.

/n
/n
Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.

/n
/n
Support golf events, competitions and group bookings.

/n
/n




Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.

/n

/n

/n
/nEssential Requirements /n

/n

/n
/n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

/n
/n
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

/n
/n
Current First Aid certificate.

/n
/n
Current CPR certification.

/n
/n
Robust communication and customer service skills.

/n
/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

/n
/n
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

/n

/n

/n
/nDesirable /n

/n

/n
/n
Previous experience in golf, hospitality or retail.

/n
/n
An interest in golf or knowledge of the game.

/n
/n
Experience using point-of-sale and booking systems.

/n

/n

/n

/n
