Core Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, seat them at tables, and present menus and beverage lists.
Taking Orders: Record food and drink orders accurately, answer menu questions, describe daily specials, and note dietary restrictions or allergies.
Serving: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables in a timely and qualified manner.
Table Maintenance: Check on guests during their meal, refill drinks, transparent used plates and glasses, and reset tables.
Payments: Present bills, process cash or credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines, and keep the dining area tidy
