Systems Engineer | Requirements & Architecture/n

Support a major government capability program as a Systems Engineer, delivering requirements analysis, engineering documentation, architecture and acquisition preparation across complex cloud and hybrid-hosted settings.

Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 220 days

Security Clearance Requirement: Negative Vetting 1 (NV1)

Essential Tasks

/n

/n
Conduct system and subsystem requirements analysis, decomposition and traceability.

/n
Develop system specifications, engineering artefacts, architecture descriptions and interface specifications.

/n
Support systems engineering, design assessments, technical reviews and acquisition preparation activities.

/n
Develop technical procurement and engineering documentation, including requirements,



system designs and detailed designs.

/n

Key Criteria

/n

/n
Solid systems engineering experience with requirements management and engineering documentation.

/n
Demonstrated requirements analysis and design experience in cloud or hybrid-hosted environments.

/n
Experience with systems engineering, test and evaluation processes, architecture and interoperability standards.

/n
Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and technical writing capability; DOORS, DNG or MBSE experience is desirable.

/n

Due to the nature of this setting, candidates must hold a current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) clearance.
