Wollongong Smokehouse Pty Ltd in Wollongong NSW is seeking a Head Pitmaster & Chef to lead the kitchen, own the smoke program, and elevate the menu with your leadership. You will oversee the smoker and pass, build and cost menus for the venue, truck and catering, and own ordering while managing supplier relationships, food cost and GP.

You'll mentor the kitchen team and help grow the business as 2 Smoking Barrels expands.
