Job Description

Australian Institute of Health & Welfare in Canberra is seeking an EL2 Unit Head, People and Culture to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver strategic HR services across workforce planning, WHS, reporting and policy. You will work with executives to shape workforce strategy and culture.

You will also drive implementation of the Workforce Development Plan and the Reconciliation Action Plan, and oversee Enterprise Agreement bargaining while promoting an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
