We are looking for an experienced and well-presented casual Receptionistwho can deliver genuine first-class customer service along with an outstanding level of professionalism.

The duties and responsibilities include but not are not limited to:

Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls
/n
Greeting customers
/n
Ensuring the reception are kept clean and presentable
/n
Carrying out daily tasks that involve data entry
/n
Assisting with general administration when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS /n
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist / front line role - automotive experience is desirable but not a prerequisite for this role.

A qualified and customer service-oriented mindset.

Effective communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.

Solid time management and initiative-taking abilities.
/n
A team player attitude.
/n
Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
/n
Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential).

An automotive background (advantageous but not essential).
