The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly shift between crafting drinks, providing attentive table service, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and care.

/n

Provide attentive and friendly table service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-looked after.

Maintain a strong knowledge of our food and drink offerings to provide recommendations and pairings.

Ensure the bar and service areas are clean, stocked, and organized.

/n

Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.

/n

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and effective service during shifts.

Uphold Mummucc's high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

About You:

/n

Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar role within a premium hospitality venue.

/n

Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer, with a passion for learning more.

/n

Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.

/n

Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

/n

Ability to work in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

/n

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating roster.
